You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and Mea Bloom, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Website and Services.

a. Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years old (of legitimate age of majority) or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use our Site. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. We may monitor and review new accounts before you may sign in and start using the Services. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. 2. Product Information and Availability

a. Product Descriptions:

Mea Bloom has taken utmost care in the preparation of the content of this Website. We strive to ensure that product descriptions on our Site are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions, colors, or other content available on the Site are error-free, as the actual image you see will depend on your device, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any image will accurately reflect the colour, texture and general appearance of the Product on delivery. The Product pictures are indicative and may not be an exact match of actual Products. 

b. Pricing:

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice. All prices are listed in Indian Rupee and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Please note that the pricing of Product(s) is subject to fluctuations and adding Product(s) to your shopping cart is not a guarantee of Product(s) being available at the same price, in case the Order is not placed immediately after adding the Product(s) to the shopping cart. Transactions through the Website may be subject to a delivery charge where the minimum Order value is not met. You will be informed of such delivery charges at the stage of check-out. 

c. Availability:

We cannot guarantee the availability of any product. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product or service we offer.

3. Orders and Payments

a. Order Acceptance:

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund.

b. Payment:

We accept payment made by Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Cash-on-delivery or other payment gateways or other payment options as may be available on the Website. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method. All payments are subject to verification and acceptance.

You shall not use any credit /debit card or other financial facility which is not lawfully owned/obtained by you or where you do not have the express authority from the owner to use the same. You also understand that any financial information submitted by you is not stored by the Website.

Mea Bloom shall neither be liable for any credit/debit card fraud, nor shall it be liable for any unauthorized use of your debit/credit card for placing an Order. You will be solely responsible for the safety and confidentiality of your credit/debit card details.

Mea Bloom will not be responsible if the bank or payment service provider declines the payment transaction initiated by you. Please note that payment gateway services offered by third parties would be subject to the terms and conditions specified by such third parties.

c. Shipping and Delivery:

We aim to process and deliver orders promptly. However, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for any delays in shipping or delivery. For details refer to Shipping Policy. 

d. Returns and Refunds:

Our return and refund policy is outlined separately on our Site. Please review it before making a purchase.

 4. Intellectual Property

 All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, trade names, trademarks, service marks, designs, illustrations, icons, audio- video clips, photographs, know- how, software and any other media & material that appears on the website, is the property of Mea Bloom or our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission.

You are not entitled to modify, distribute or re-post any of the Intellectual Property of the Website for any purpose. Access to this Website does not authorize you to use the Intellectual Property in any manner. 

The Product names, logos and all related Product(s) and service names, design marks and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of Mea Bloom.

5. Limitation of Liability

 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mea Bloom shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the purchase of products through the Site. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Mea Bloom is not responsible for the content of any third-party sites and does not make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of material on such sites. If you decide to use the link to any such third-party websites on the Website, you do so entirely at your own risk. 

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mea Bloom, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or any violation of these Terms.

7. Governing Law & Juridiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes arising out of this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.

8. Severability

All rights and restrictions contained in this Agreement may be exercised and shall be applicable and binding only to the extent that they do not violate any applicable laws and are intended to be limited to the extent necessary so that they will not render this Agreement illegal, invalid, or unenforceable. If any provision or portion of any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it is the intention of the parties that the remaining provisions or portions thereof shall constitute their agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof, and all such remaining provisions or portions thereof shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement, or its terms related to the Website and Services at any time at our discretion. We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
